Handling rolls with different size cores and different diameters is simplified with the Hermco roll tilt gripper. The exclusive cam action core locking feature of this model does not mar the inner surface of the roll core. An adapter core sleeve can accommodate both three inch and six inch cores allowing maximum use of the machine with different products.

Palletizing and depalletizing of material rolls is easily accomplished with this unit. Hand controls automatically activate an anti-drift parking brake when released . A powered actuator rotates the rolls from vertical to horizontal. This provides fast an effortless pelletizing of rolls with no damage. Another unique feature of this manipulator is its anti- telescoping clamps to prevent unwinding of the material from the core during transfer.
