The custom CRT Panel handling machine shown embodies some of the most complex designs in a Hermco unit. With the sophistication of robotics and the simplicity of pneumatic logic this manipulator helps operators perform complicated tasks safely and easily. Hermco's custom non-mar vacuum cup leaves no residue on the part.

Special torque actuators rotate 180 degrees to allow inspection of every surface . Continuous rotation rotary union coupling prevents air line tangle and makes it unnecessary for the operator to unwind airlines after transfers. Handles are positioned ergonomically to allow the hand controls to remain between the shoulder and the waist. Dial gauge indicators and red / green wink valves give visual cues to operators about the completion of a pick . Safety interlocks prevent accidental release of the product during transfer. As an energy saving and noise reduction feature Hermco provides delayed vacuum circuit shut down after 45 seconds of non use.
