Unusually shaped packaging offers a challenge to the Hermco's design staff. This manipulator is used in a food processing application. Clear floor space is provided by the overhead track system. Stainless steel arms and components allows wash down of the unit between transfer operations. An air powered rotary actuator gives 180 degree rotation. Ergonomic features allow this 500# product to be handled with a single operator and perform all of the desired functions. All of these functions are accomplished with ergonomic hand controls and power functions that are safe and designed for easy operator use.
